"On our organic farm in the marsh of Lustenau we grow almost everything which grows in central Europe, from Aubergine to Zucchini. A mother cow range and freerange pigs provide high quality meat and the necessary manure for the fields around. We sell most of the fresh products directly and create some crazy stuff sometimes, for example Vodka from our own potatoes, which fits - as we think – perfecty to Weiss."
